Web Design and Development Process
With over 15 years of web design experience, we aim to design beautiful, user-friendly websites built on rock-solid foundations.
We believe that the web doesn’t need to be a complicated place. The way a website makes people feel is key to their perception of a brand — good user experience breeds trust. We work with our clients to understand their business and the personality of their brand, then build websites that are fast loading, easy to use, and easy to manage.
Our approach ignores trends and eliminates the clutter that makes many websites daunting. We build using the latest technologies, always fully search engine optimised. With mobile use overtaking desktop, every site we create is designed to work beautifully on every device.
Security First
Security is baked in from day one, not bolted on afterwards. All our applications are built following OWASP best practices — SQL injection prevention, XSS protection, CSRF tokens, encrypted data storage, and strict input validation are standard on every project. We do not use WordPress or vulnerable off-the-shelf plugins.
Server & Infrastructure
We manage our own cloud infrastructure running on hardened Linux servers with Nginx, automated firewalls, fail2ban intrusion prevention, and regular kernel-level security patching. All traffic is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. No shared hosting — your site runs in an isolated, dedicated environment.
Ongoing Maintenance
Websites aren’t a one-time project — they require regular care. We monitor uptime 24/7, apply dependency and framework updates proactively, and run regular vulnerability scans. Our support packages ensure your site stays current, secure, and performing at its best long after launch.
Backups & Recovery
Automated daily backups of both files and databases are stored off-site with a rolling 30-day retention period. In the unlikely event of an issue, we can restore your site quickly and with minimal data loss — giving you confidence and peace of mind.
